Job Description

Project Coordinator

 

Our financial client in Back Bay, Boston has an exciting long-term opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team.  In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the asset management industry to deliver project management support to the team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create project team agendas, update MS Project plans, manage issues/risks lists
  • Take and publish thorough meeting minutes
  • Create PPT presentations with savvy and concise messages and graphs for senior level audience meetings
  • Assist and create project status reports
  • Maintain SharePoint sites with current documentation
  • Administrative duties as needed – manage calendars, order lunches, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Financial services experience a MUST
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline along with 5 years of experience as a project coordinator in financial services industry
  • MS Project, PPT, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong scheduling and tracking skills
