Job Description

Our client in McLean, VA is looking for a Marketing Content Manager to join their team for a project estimated to last 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing, editing and proofreading marcom product--both digital and traditional

  • Maintaining project schedules and coordinating task timing and communications across departments

  • Developing and documenting project schedule and cost estimates

  • Executing campaigns such as emails, electronic signage, portal content updates, etc

  • Manage and analyzing campaigns for both effectiveness and quality

  • Sourcing and developing content and providing logistical support for officer and director all-hands meetings, presentations, trade shows, speaking engagements, and exhibits

Required Skills

  • 2-5 years of content management, project management and writing experience

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communications, negotiations and time management skills

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and successfully as a part of an integrated team

  • Ability to follow, document, and suggest improvements to processes

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities--prior agency experience a plus

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing project scope
