Job Description

Marketing Consultant

 

Our technology client in Santa Clara, CA is looking for a Marketing Consultant to join their team.  In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy according to business objectives and budget.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
  • Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
  • Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans
  • Advise on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing initiatives
  • Monitor marketing projects and analyze results

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant discipline (Master's a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing consultant with proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of data analysis and market research along with in-depth knowledge of marketing practices and best principles
  • Proficient in MS Office and IT and marketing software
  • Ability to write proposals and (analyze) reports
  • Exceptional communication - written, verbal, presentation
