Job Description

Assistant Brand Manager

 

 

Our client in RI is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join their team to focus on Brand Development and the execution of Marketing Plans.  In this role, you will assist with many aspects on new, key brand initiative.  In collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, development, packaging, engineering, cost, etc., you will assist on all phases of product development/management.   

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with building new business development opportunities as well as analysis of competition, new opportunities, categories, trends
  • Developing marketing strategies and plans as well as execution for this key initiatives within the company 
  • Supporting marketing and social engagement efforts including copywriting and delivering assets
  • Managing the product – cost sheets, sell sheets, product samples, document review and preparation, etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have a positive attitude, eager, driven and passionate about Brand
  • CPG experience a MUST
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of Brand Marketing experience
