Job Description

Social Media Coordinator

 

Our client in NYC is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their team for a short-term contract. In this role, you will assist the Social Media Manager will all social media and employee engagement programs by assisting with the creating and scheduling of content and with reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of social campaigns from briefing to reporting
  • Work with Social Media Manager to create content for corporate social media channels
  • Scheduling and approve content for employee communications platform to drive reach, productivity and advocacy
  • Use social listening tools and to help inform internal stakeholders
  • Help monitor overall landscape and industry trends including new platforms and competitor activity

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
  • Experience working with Social Media Management Platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Ads Manager)
  • Experience with social media in a B2B brand
  • Strong writing for social channels
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent analytical, data driven strategy, and project management skills
  • Strong Excel skills
