Job Description

Creative Coordinator & Archivist

 

Our fun, fast-paced consumer client in RI is looking for a Creative Coordinator & Archivist to join their team for a long-term contract. In this role, you aid in the day-to-day project coordination and systems support for the Brand Creative team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with calendars, scheduling meetings
  • Take notes in meetings
  • Follow up on any to-dos
  • Get creative assets to internal and external teams
  • Communicate schedules to internal team, resources
  • Make sure projects are completed on time
  • Communicate to team - what projects are coming and when
  • Make sure deliverables and receivables are done on time
  • Archivist work - upload projects onto server
  • Make sure servers are clean, organized, and others are able to catalog/find creative on servers

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional project management skills, well organized
  • Baseline knowledge of graphic design - know file formats, import files, construction of files (in order to archive them)
  • MS Excel, Word; Adobe Suite knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
