Ecommerce Product Content Specialist
Our Metrowest retail client is looking for a Ecommerce Product Content Specialist to join their team for a contract role. In this role, you will work with the eCommerce team to ensure that their customers have a positive online experience by working to continually add to and improve online product content using business sense to make recommendations to product hierarchy structures, keywords and search functionality on their B2B website.
Responsibilities:
- Support product content for all products on website including daily population of product and continual improvement of existing products within your assigned category
- Support and publish on-time and best in class website product content to coincide with product launches, catalogs, flyers and online product promotions
- Enter new product SKUs into Excel
- Maintain product hierarchies, product attributes, cross-sell opportunities, keywords and more
- Work with Marketing, Merchandising, and Vendors to support online programs
- Deliver reports for your assigned category
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Merchandising or relevant discipline
- 3 years of ecommerce web content experience; CMS experience required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, creative thinker, detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver projects on time
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- MS Office - Access and Excel - must have advanced Excel capabilities using Vlookups and pivot tables
