Digital Marketing Analyst
Our Fortune 100 insurance client is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team for a long-term, remote contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a series of reporting frameworks and processes, primarily regarding measurement for a broader digital experience for the client’s insurance agents.
Requirements:
- Build and implement overall engagement reporting framework across a number of digital properties, including web and email
- Build and implement campaign tracking framework to monitor in-market performance and analyze data to inform campaign optimizations
- Establish best practices and processes for data collection across platforms, focusing on ease of use
- Develop structure for ongoing campaign-level testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience to include data analysis, ideally related to digital engagement and/or marketing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; solid problem-solving/creative problem resolution abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including VBA, pivot table, slicer, vlookup expertise
- Exceptional communication and data visualization skills
- Positive attitude, energetic, outgoing, thrives in a high-volume environment; results-oriented and takes initiative
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred; working knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Heap, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or CMS/ESP platforms)
