Job Description

Temporary eCommerce Photographer

 

Our fun, fast-paced client in Rhode Island is looking for a Temporary eCommerce Photographer to join their team for a long-term contract.  In this role, you will be responsible for the photography of products for all ecommerce, packaging, social media and corporate communication needs.  You will create and construct the set, work with lighting, provide creative support, and then photograph products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute photography from conception to completion, including construction of environment, lighting, problem solving, prop collection and final photo illustration
  • Construct sets, create lighting, place props
  • Provide creative guidance to art directors, marketers and designers
  • Photograph and retouch images using Photoshop
  • Maintain image archive using high quality/high resolution images
  • Manage multiple projects with respective timelines

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Photography
  • 3+ years of professional photography experience (specifically for products); Ecommerce experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, film separation, printing process, design, layout
  • Photoshop, Capture One (or Lightroom)
